Deputy Mayor of Pula-Pola Vito Paoletić visiting the Center for Historical Research in Rovinj

The Center for Historical Research in Rovinj today had the pleasure of welcoming the Deputy Mayor of the City of Pula-Pola, Vito Paoletić, on an official visit.

The guest was received by the director of the Center, Raul Marsetič, with whom he had a cordial and constructive conversation. During the meeting, they discussed the preservation of the Italian identity of the City of Pula-Pola, the situation of the Italian National Community and possibilities for cooperation.

Both sides expressed their willingness to consolidate relations and promote joint initiatives aimed at the protection and enhancement of Italian historical and cultural heritage in Istria. In particular, areas of possible cooperation in the field of historical research, cultural dissemination and training were highlighted.

The visit took place in a very cordial atmosphere and confirmed the shared commitment to strengthening ties between Istrian institutions working to promote Italian identity and culture.
